Nicole was spotted dining at Il Sole restaurant in West hollywood lastnight.It was noted that Nicole was in a great mood & even smiled at the paparazzi!!
You may remember the dress Nicole is wearing as she wore it back in 2006 to a premier event ..
I love how Nicole can look so glamourous even with slicked back hair!
I have to admitt that is a tricky look to pull off but she is Nicole Richie & she can work absolutely anything.

i have to admit, nicole richie looks so much better in that white dress now then the first time she wore, she looked a bit sick back in 2006, but now that dress looks hot. She is definitely at her ideal weight now.
