Nicole Richie has been in the public eye for many years, so i thought it would be interesting to look at her eye make-up at events from the past years. Some of the eye shots are from 2002 up until the present 2009!
It looks kind of freaky i know! - But it is interesting to see how her style in eye make-up hasn't had a major changed over the past 7 years.
