Yesterday afternoon (12/12/09) Nicole Richie attended Bloomingdales in South Coast - Costa Mesa. 
Although it was a rainy day it didn't put a damper on the Nicole Richie meet and greet event.
Nicole Richie had a quick shoe change and went from peep toe heels to a pair of hidden platform pumps.
Nicole Richie looked amazing in a cream bandeau dress, snake print heels and she accesorised with pieces from the new House of Harlow 1960 range.
